Working with a nonprofit, I learned about the importance the of strategic planning in regard to success measurement and communication.  Despite budget concerns, I learned that a thorough internal and external analysis will indicate how the nonprofit can fully leverage its strengths and weaknesses to increase stakeholder satisfaction. Highly satisfied stakeholders share the organization through word of mouth marketing and help alleviate awareness concerns without stringent and costly advertising.
