Made marketing strategy recommendations for the client, in regard to new services and new products that would address unmet explicit customer needs.

what i would do differently.
I wish I had decided to strategically utilize different surveys that were uniquely tailored toward the CrossFit, Personal Training, and Boot Camp clientele. This would have provided numerous benefits, such as alleviating data analysis. It would have also reduced the amount of cross tabulations and pivot tables needed and enabled me to analyze the data on a closer scope.
